Asst Manager Mike at Arby's on Iron Springs Rd, Prescott was awesome! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Mike personally even cooked up a fresh batch of curly fries just for us! He also gave us a heads up that the orange cream shake was coming soon. The chicken bacon swiss sandwich was perfection! This restaurant always has a squeaky clean environment, accommodating and friendly employees, and the best fast food this side of anywhere...! Thanks Mike for a great experience!
I don't usually leave a review for fast food but I needed to stop and say wow thank you this location has been amazing. We usually stop late at night and have always had a great experience. Greg had always be on it and super friendly. This has become my husband and Is night time to go to place. Thank you for all you do.
I like Arby's. Their roast beef sandwich is a mainstay. But stay away from the Waygu steakburger. It is dry and overcooked. And the description states "Made with a blend of 51% American Wagyu and 49% Ground Beef." I guess in corporate America and steakburgers, 51% is the controlling interest. American Wagyu is not the same as Japanese Wagyu and is likely made from crossbreeding. Japan doesn't allow export of Wagyu cows, and it would be extremely expensive for a hamburger. But I digress. Stick with the roast beef sandwiches, and you won't be disappointed.
Great friendly service even as the busy time of day was going. Lunch hour is shorten time to allow you to eat without rushing. Sorry I don't give out 5 stars unless really really employees go outta their way. Fast food restaurants aren't graded by such in my opinion. Doesn't mean I was disappointed.
Arby's is my fav fast food place. It always seems me style clean the staff is usually polite and the food the thin sliced roast beef with horseradish or horsey and Arby's sauce. Hard to beat on a great roll. I came in to try their new waygu burger. Well not overly impressed. They use a flat iron grill to cook which is ok but they had the temperature a little to hot turning the maillard reaction ( the browning of meat to develop flavor) into a thin charcoal layer that will put hair on your chest as my Dad used to say when the meat got messed up. The lettuce tomato and sauce was great though I'm glad I ate at the inside tables. Because it was messy! The inside of the meat had a vague blush of pink but was pretty dry. So I do not recommend this though not a bad price. This is why the three stars. I also ordered my main stay of the Arby's roast beef sandwich which was as usually is perfect and my favorite. A four star all the way. Again if you stick to the traditionally Arby's it's great. At risk with other stuff.
Their fish sandwich extra crispy and the spicy are both very good and the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean
Consistently good, some healthy options and generally not super busy. The 2 turkey wraps for 6$ is a great deal and my go to.
